On Sunday 13th November in each of our churches there will be an appeal for more volunteers to join our Catechist Teams in each of our parishes. Our catechists are at the forefront of the missionary endeavours of the Church bringing to the children in our local government primary schools knowledge of the unconditional love of God and a knowledge of their Faith.
I do urge our parishioners who can spare some time each week during the school terms to become Catechists. Programmes and training are provided by the Diocese.
